STORE POLICY

- We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, checks, or cash

- $20 minimum on all credit/debit card sales

- 3% transaction fee on all credit/debit card sales

- 20% restocking fee on ALL returns

- We offer in-store credit - NO refunds

- All cuts are final (vinyl, lining, headliner, carpet, etc.) once it's cut it's yours!

- NO returns/exchanges on Cypress or SEM paint 

- Orders must be in writing (email or fax a hard copy) and require a 50% deposit

- Special orders can't be returned or canceled - once your order is placed it is FINAL

- Turnaround time is typically 7-10 days
