We are a wholesale company, so the quantity of products we sell is usually too large for what the general public needs. We also require customers to have an account with us and provide proper tax documentation.
No. We don't do upholstery work, we only sell the supplies for it.
Email us (upholsterysuppliesusa@gmail.com) with your business name and a tax certificate if you are exempt. We'll then send you a new customer form to fill out.
Yes, we have a 3% transaction fee for ALL credit/debit card purchases. To avoid this fee you can pay by cash or check.

No, we sell just about everything except for fabric.
There's a $10 delivery fee for those located in the greater Atlanta area. If you are located farther from our warehouse, the delivery fee can be $20 or more. If we do not offer delivery services to your area, we can ship your supplies - let us know if you have any questions regarding a specific location.
This is dependent on the size/dimensions of your package and is very difficult to predict. We ship via ADL/UPS and don't know the shipping cost until we have completely packaged your order and can measure it. We vacuum pack when possible to minimize package size and get you the best price we can!
Bring a sample to match it at our warehouse OR buy one of our sample books ($5-$10 each) so you can match products on your own anywhere, anytime.
**We do NOT match colors ourselves - YOU decide what the best match is and then tell us how much you need. Do not send us pictures of any material you want us to identify - colors appear different on camera vs in person.
Look at your pink ticket! We give our customers a copy of every order they receive. Look back on the pink copies we give you to find the name, quantity, price, and specifications of each product you've ordered from us in the past.

If you try to add on the same day as your scheduled delivery, it's too late. Our drivers leave early in the morning, so orders can be placed/adjusted up until 5pm the day BEFORE your delivery. For shipments, you have until 12pm to place/adjust your order if you want it to ship out that same day.
